Yet in Australia, the majority of people buy low-quality coffee, because the community is not highly conversant with good quality coffee. Also, coffee is at its peak when ground and consumed within one month of roasting (7 days is ideal). Australia lacks the infrastructure to fully supply the market within this time-frame. Bello wishes to bring the amazing fresh flavours of the world’s gourmet coffees to the market.

Our business model is only to offer the very finest coffee experience. Hence all our beans are taken from the Grand Cru Collection; a collection of AA grade coffee varieties from the world’s most sought after plantations, sourced directly from the world’s largest supplier of green beans.

We sourced the world’s best roasting machine direct from Italy and had it calibrated on-site by the machine’s inventor. We also located our roasting facilities in the Swan Valley region, WA’s premier location for prestige and gourmet food brands.
